Polo Season in Palm Beach County

It’s once again polo season in Palm Beach County and the International Polo Club of Palm Beach has a whole host of events lined up for polo fans and enthusiasts to enjoy. Late winter and early springtime in Palm Beach are perfect for spending time outdoors and enjoying sports spectating. There is no better time to have fun in the sun and take part in one of Palm Beach’s favorite traditions.

The seasonal events take place between the middle of February to the middle of April. Each of the matches lined up throughout the polo season are open to the public. There is a wide array of hospitality options and seating available to spectators. These include grandstand viewing, stadium seating, field-side champagne brunch at The Pavilion, exclusive sponsor boxes, and field tailgating

The Pavilion offers a field-side champagne brunch every Sunday. Brunch begins at 2 pm (the polo match begins at 3 pm) and ticket prices vary depending on the details included. Single veranda seating start at $125, while children under 12 get in for $75. Deals and bundles are available for multiple attendee groups and additional perks. Tickets are non-refundable as brunch will be served despite any rain in the forecast.

On March 21^st the US Open Women’s Polo Championship match takes place and proceeds benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation of Florida. This is a free general admission event, gates open at 11 am and the game starts at 1 pm. Tailgates and box seats are available to purchase. Parking is $10 and there’s a pre-match brunch in the Mallet Grille for $55.

In addition to the polo matches, the International Polo School has several events in the Low Goal Tournament scheduled throughout February and the beginning of March. Each of the representing teams will play three games in a bracket and the top two winning teams will advance to the finals.
